He has studied extensively human beings and relationships both theoretically and practically and through a large variety of approaches, including Psychology, Philosophical Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Systemic Therapy, Clinical Psychotherapy, Behavioral Analysis, Jungian Psychoanalysis, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Body Language, Micro-facial Expressions, Criminology, Ancient Wisdom, Healing Techniques, Shamanism, Meditation, Yoga, Music, Theater and Business Administration.
He has also trained himself in a number of techniques including Systemic Coaching, Meta Coaching, Clean Language, Provocative Therapy, multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT), Story-telling, Metaphors, System Pattern Mapping, Pattern Re-engineering, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Training, Social Panorama Consultant, Truthfulness & Credibility, Breath work and Chaos Theory. He especially likes the provocative therapy, with care, and the story-telling/ metaphor approaches, which have proved to be highly efficient to lead to an individual or systemic rebirth.
Nikolaos’s interventions are also grounded on a significant corporate experience as he has worked in senior roles in large companies as Sales Manager, Operation Director and HR Director, giving him practical in-depth knowledge of business issues. He also holds a first degree on Computer Programming and a Master in Business Administration and Systemic Thinking from Bath University (UK).

Nikolaos deeply cares about spreading NLP in his community to support persons in need. It is with this objective in mind that he founded the non-profit organization NLP from the Heart™ at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, and he took the Award from the Association of NLP for ''Extraordinary Contribution during the Global Pandemic" for helping people to cope during the pandemic with psychological support.
Nikolaos is widely recognized among his peers: he is a NLP Master Trainer from INLPTA, the INLPTA National Chapter Coordinator for Greece and Cyprus, a tutor of “NLP in Management” at the Athens Information Technology Institute, a Lecturer in NLP at the Academy of Psychotherapy, an International Ambassador of ANLP, an Ambassador of Meta International for Greece, a Lecturer in Criminology,
as well as an Associate of Paul Ekman International Academy.
